DSWD Wireless Service (WiServ) is a legacy application which is meant to manage the Department's
Short Messaging Service (SMS) Gateway. This faciliates the reception of DSWD related concerns via text
keywords and cascading the same to each helpdesk moderators for faster response and coordination.
